Shipment takes generally 7-10 days delivering products in some cases due to heavy call traffic cant attend call right now , kindly WhatsApp us keep patience to strike or holidays it may cause bit more time.
shipment charge is not included in product . booking amount is not refundable after getting LR /doc no(tracking details) . if you want to cancel order after getting tracking id , token amount will be non refundable

If you paid token amount and you want to collect your parcel from tour nearest vrl transport hub make sure to clear pending payment for quick releasing.
if you want to recheck the product and then make pending payment if may take around 30-40 minute to clear releasing process.

In case any parcel damages during transportation provide damage part images to claim and we will exchange that part. return policy of product is valid for 3 working days without any damage and it will be inspected by officials.
